Shipping policy

At BrownMunday, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Local Delivery (Pakistan): 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real time.


Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays (such as customs clearance, weather, or courier issues) may occur.

  • BrownMunday will not be held responsible for delays outside our control.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • BrownMunday is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
